📦 Shipping & Processing

Processing Time

Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and package your order before shipment.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping timelines vary depending on your location.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout—we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped and is in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, loss, or damage. For such issues, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number.

All items are FINAL SALE. This means:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges

  • No cancellations after the order is placed

Please double-check your item selection and order details before checking out.

💎 Jewelry Care & Disclaimer

  • Our charm jewelry is not welded or permanently affixed. Charms are attached securely but may loosen over time due to normal wear, movement, or handling.

  • We do not replace or refund lost charms. Please check your jewelry periodically to ensure all components are secure.

  • By purchasing from Charm Bar, you acknowledge and accept this risk as part of the handmade nature of our products.

🛒 Inventory Availability

Because we participate in frequent pop-up events, markets, and fairs, inventory can change quickly.

While we do our best to keep the website current, some items may sell out in person before being updated online. If something you ordered becomes unavailable:

  • We will contact you by email as soon as possible

  • You may choose a replacement item, store credit, or another available option

We appreciate your patience and understanding as a small business balancing both online and in-person retail.

⚠️ Order Issues & Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.

  • If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect (not related to shipping), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll review the issue case by case.

All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms. We do not have access to or store your payment information.
